Looking for a SHORT Arlo Pro power cable

I have not been able to find a SHORT cord for my Arlo Pro camera.  I have a power source 8" from the camera and don't want to have 10 feet of cable.  Anyone?

You may be able to use a 3rd party cable if the microUSB plastic surround will actually fit in the camera. Only testing or someone who has also done this can supply a real answer.
