No mic with Arlo Pro

Hi, at first I had a 1st model of the arlo system then I upgraded to the arlo pro for the microphone feature. I can only see the same this as I saw with the first feature with no microphone. I logged out and logged back in but nothing happened

Try it on the web access with a browser.... This will see if it's a system or device issue

HI. When I log on to the desk top, I can see everything. When I try to go live, it say connection failed. see attached

Attached is the latest. Once I got home I was able to go live online but still no mic. Please see attachment

I was not able to replicate this issue on google chrome testing with Arlo Pro/Pro 2.
