I lost all my recordings with my #Arlo Netgear VMB3500
IP Camera Base Station two days ago. I know this is an old system but it has worked well on the free plan which I thought was grandfathered in. I can’t get a response from support. Anyone have any ideas?

Do you see "Library" in your app menu, or do you instead see "Feed" and "Dashboard"?
Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming one of the cameras?
