Library was blank for July 25-28, 2019. Never had a problem in more than year of use.

This has happened before see details here https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo/Library-is-Blank/m-p/1678743 and https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo-Pro/No-entries-in-library-for-Aug-14-17-2019-Can-activate-but/td-... I am using the online web for my Arlo.

Hey Scottlax,

Have you tried rebooting the Base Station and see if that helped with at least retrieving Jul 28th recordings (if you have Arlo Smart subscription)?
