I cannot get the cameras to send email alerts. I have followed instructions on the support site and all settings appear to be correct. This feature has never worked for push or email

What mode is selected on the base station under it’s settings page.
Confirm in that mode’s rules that push and email notifications are enabled.

As above, EDIT the mode your using ( to arm camera ) to verify the email and text messg option is toggled on
