Im just opeining this up brand new out of the box; Im a new Arlo user. The first thing i did was put one battery in camera to charge it. The directions say to do this and when its charged a blue light will come on. So I have been charge this one battery for a day and a half and no blue light? It blinks orange 3 or 4 times when I plug it in, do i keep charging it ? How long does the charging process normally take?
Thanks

The battery should charge from dead to full in ~2.5 hours. It sounds like the battery is fully depleted or damaged. There's an FAQ here on getting a fully discharged battery to charge again - I think it's something like plugging it in for a short time and unplugging, repeating the process something like 6 times to get enough charge in the battery so it will accept a full charge. If following the directions in the FAQ doesn't help, I'd simply swap at the store.
