No LED when trying to sync Arlo Pro

my new arlo pro camera won't sync. no ON led's

Pull the battery, plug in the ac power cord... when first plugged in you should see the front led show blue for a short time... If you do, try and sync with the battery out...

 

One it syncs, if it does, put the battery in to see what happens, the battery should have come charged but may be dead. ( 2.5 hrs to charge )

 

If still NG, contact Netgear.
