Noticed this morning that I can't access my Arlo video's from my computer at home. The Arlo site just tries to load but nothing happens. When I check it on my moblie devices it works fine. Anyone else having problems watching videos from a non mobile device?

 

Hopefully it's an Arlo problem and not with my account.

no issues seen in NY...it may be a local area outage

I am not experiencing issues accessing Arlo from the web client or the mobile app. This sounds like a connection issue with your viewing device.


Are you still seeing this behavior?

My cameras stopped running on my computer too, but I can see them just fine on my phone. I was thinking that maybe there have been updates or something like that to Flash or some other video program.

And it's just the live video that I can't see. The recorded videos play just fine.

Live view requires Flash. A recent update to Chrome essentially disabled Flash. Check the forum here for Chrome and Flash issues - I've posted a solution.
