Night vision works on the video screen where you can pan aND tilt

But it doesn't work in the live position. Or record? Tired really sync and tired turning on and off. Any idea's than you

First, bring the camera in and finish testing instead of putting up and down...

You can easily test the camera in a dark room / closet / etc as when light level fall, the camera automatically switches to B/W and uses the IR illuminators ( if toggled on ) when dark

Open the battery door and remove pack... replace same.

Go to settings and for that camera use REMOVE DEVICE... re-install the camera as if new ( quick push on base sync button )

Place in dark room and go to LIVE view, you should see the ir light on and the camera in B-W.   Hit the Target icon to start a manual record, hit pause ( || ) to stop after 10 secs or so...  Check cvideo in library

BTW; when the IR lights are on, (in dark ) you can see a reddish glow from the 8 (?) leds

Now in the dark room use ARMED and then walk in front of camera and see it it records on motion...again check library.
