Night vision poor quality on Arlo pro

Night vision is very poor quality, got up to check camera because it said motion detected and it was pitch black couldn’t see a think, and also has a 30 + sec delay van went down alley and all we got on recording was tail end good thing we wasn’t being robbed.. my husband got up and walked in kitchen and camera still showed him sitting in his chair in front room. And speakers not very loud and keep cutting out, not very happy for the price I paid for 6 cameras, think I am returning them.......I posted a pic of my night vision

Your image shows that a lot of the night vision light is reflec9off the walls back into the camera causing the dark image.

Also your camera field of view is being restricted by the surrounding structure . If you move the camera closer to the opening you'll solve both of these problems.

Ok thank you, I will try that tonight. But one of the cams have no walls around them
