Can you have the Arlo App or Arlo Software installed on a MacBook Air?  Also can you have an icon on a desktop computer (Dell windows based) at my office for example to monitor my home where the 4 Arlo Pros reside.

You don't need an app for the Mac or Dell.

 

Open up an Internet browser and go the following link:

https://arlo.netgear.com

 

Use the same account information as the app.
