New recordings not showing in library suddenly

After only 3 days the camera has stopped recording yet still shows live viewing with audio.

Battery conks out after just 2 days and needs recharging ?????

Is this a dodgy camera or do i need to re boot it from the base station.

Battery life is a BIG concern.

Are those two separate issues or just one with a question?

Have you power cycled the base?  What are the base LEDs showing? Should be 3 green ones.

Battery life depends on the total number of minutes per day of recording and live viewing with <5 minutes per day on average leading to spec life. WiFi quality between the base and cameras also can play a big part.  Distance, blockage of various sorts and 2.4GHz wireless (not just WiFi) interference can all be an issue.

System is running on National Broadband Network on 4G speed.

Rebooted base last night and removed and replaced battery.

Detection Motion set at 50%

Audio Detection set at 2.

Worked perfectly so i turned camera off at night ( as in rear yard with 2 german shepherds )to save battery life.

Switched it back on again this morning and guess what - not recording again !!!!!

Base light are all on green.

Possibly power cycling the base could help but first are the running men for each camera in the Devices tab black or gray?  Gray means they're disarmed so you would need to check that the proper mode is actually selected.

Hi jguerdat.

Seems to be running fine at mo.

Getting audio notifications and motion notifications with library recordings.

Real bad weather here at the moment which could be throwing it about a bit.
