New purchase - confirmed latest update (1.092.1_11504) low speaker volume on Arlo Pro

Just installed Arlo Pro 4 camera setup - very low speaker volume at camera when using IPhone 7 Plus - just acceptable through a computer - latest update 1.0921_11505 installed - any new suggestions - I do see this has been a continuing problem - voice communication through the mobile phone was a key determinate in the purchase!

At this time there's no resolution. I have an old ticket on this still open and the last response was that it's a hardware limitation. It appears that mobile devices just do the have enough mic gain to work well and until something changes in phone and OS design we're stuck.

Use of a computer allows you to manipulate the mic gain which generally works fine.

To increase volume, test with the phone in speaker mode and also a ear bud/ mic if you have one... some have had better luck this way

( also, check on the 'privacy setting' for audio with phone, usu buried in settings )
