- Bought a new phone and when I try to log in it says it doesn’t recognize my device and sends a push notification, but I have no idea where it’s going ?

It could be going to your old phone. Push notifications are sent to the device not the number.
You may want to login to the arlo web portal on a pc browser, use another method to 2FA request by email. Then once you’re into the account go into the settings then profile to access the two factor authentication to trust the new phone and choose it as the primary device to receive the 2FA request.
