I am trying to sign into the ArloSecure app (the latest version) with my new iphone14pro. It worked just fine on my previous iPhone, 11pro. When I sign in with existing user name and password (that works because that is how I was able to join this community) the app says "We don't recognize this device" and that it sent a push notification to my phone. I never received the push notification.

You need to 2FA the new phone as a trusted device and set it as the primary device to receive the 2FA request push notifications.

Use the arlo web portal with the another method option to login using an email 2FA, then go into your settings/ account  profile/ login settings to accept the phone as trusted and set as primary by selecting the edit button to set it.
