New System - Missing AC Adapter

I just bought the 1 camera arlo pro system and it did not come with a camera ac power adapter so I am unable to charge it. Who can send this to me?

Did you buy it brand new? If so, it should have one so go back to where you got it from.
If you bought it second hand, you'll have to buy one

We got our Arlo Pro 2 security cameras in April but had been told by our son-in-law they do not come with charger adapter or cord which doesn't make any sense. I am this very minute shopping for one but keep getting lead from the Arlo site to retailers and then finding out if they have one in stock. Be careful that the reviews show if you buy one with a 90-degree charging head into camera, they do not fit securely to allow for charge. The one I'm looking for has a flat head on the end that fits in the camera which looks like a Droid charger for phones. Definitely worth it to read the reviews if you are shopping on Amazon or Google. good luck!

That shouldn't be correct. The Arlo Pro and Pro 2 cameras use a MicroUSB connection BUT the connector area is quite small so there are many microUSB cables that won't charge the cameras

All new Arlo camera kits and single cameras come with a wall charger. I got one with my first 3 camera kit, then another with an add-on camera, and another when I added another camera. Now I have 3 in total. You don't need to shop for anything else, it's all provided to you.
