Downloaded the new app. All settings seemed to switch over. The access granted to my wife's phone works as well. She can view all cameras from her phone. But, under enabled devices for geofencing only my S9 shows. Tried deleting her access and re inviting but still the same thing.

No. Tech support is worse than useless. My past experiences with tech support have been abysmal

I have exactly the same issue. 

 

This is a core feature of the system. How it got through test without this feature being absolutely bullet proof is beyond me.

What is the issue you are experiencing with geofencing?

I figured out. ALL devices you want to include in the geofencing device list MUST be running the 'new' Arlo app. This includes both iOS and Android devices.

Once they are all updated with the new app you should see them listed under the geofencing mode device list again.
