Network Password

I had to get a new modem and now when trying to connect it has Arlo as “other network” and wants a password. I have done a factory reset and have tried to “forget network” on my IPhone. Neither work! HELP

You can't log into the Arlo's base station wifi. It is a closed network only used by the cameras. You instead need to connect the the new router's network.

The base station itself connects with ethernet to the new router.

The hub can’t find the device when I try and ad it. Says to check network connection. Both the power and internet lights are green. I’m at a loss

  1. How are you trying to add it (app, pc browser, or just pressing sync)?
  2. Is the camera still in the account (showing offline)? Or did you remove it?
