Ladies gents.
Appreciate this is not an Arlo product.
I purchased 2017 an external netgear power supply unit.
Post purchase I initially recived a product warning bulletin to which I responded to supplier.
Since this I recived no further corrispindence as to how I can identify if the unit is potentially defective.
I could not find any further details on the Netgear web site.
Any idea if by serial number I can determine if this is a potentially defective units.
BR.

If your talking about the external ac power supply for the cameras....
the model VMA4700 was recalled... the newer replacement is the 4900 ( look on the power supply for the model )
