Needed firmware update on Pro. Removed camera but unable to add it back on but don't have access.

One of my Arlo pro camera needed firmware update.before updating I removed the camera from the app and now I can not add it back .
The support solution is to update the camera but as I don’t have access to the camera through the app I’m not able to update it!!!
I can not add the camera back and I think it’s because it needed firmware update. It has full charge. No battery issue , when I remove and place the battery back the blue LED will blink for 2 sec but won’t blink blue when I press sync bottom.
Don’t know how to solve the problem?!!!

If the camera won't blink slow blue after pressing its sync button, try various angles on the button to see if that helps. If not, I'd guess you have a bad camera. You can use the Contact SUpport link at the bottom here to see if there is any solution to this such as a warranty replacement.
