Cost depends on where you live.
Open the settings page on the arlo app, then tap on support, then tap on the subscription option to view the available support options.

Arlo Pro 2

I need to talk to a live agent - I need live agent phone support - I only purchased Arlo Pro 2 from Costco because of free live agent customer support - I'm not tech savvy - Also I wanted to buy another Arlo system for a friend but I cannot even talk to a Salesperson about which Arlo system to buy.

Feel free to ask questions here. There is no Arlo salesperson to talk to - either talk to a local salesperson at Bestbuy or other approved distributor or ask away here.

I bought Arlo Pro 2 from Costco in 2019 including free customer Arlo live phone support who helped me set up phone in 2019 and Arlo live phone support was always available to help me solve technical problems

I bought a new IPhone a few days ago and now my library says NO RECORDING HISTORY on my New IPhone

I tried calling live Phone support but was unsuccessful.
I need to talk to live phone support to switch on my library recordings as I’m not technically savvy

What telephone number do I call for live phone support as I’m not technically savvy

Can you see your cameras in the Arlo App?

If so, can you livestream them?

 

While livestreaming, try making a manual recording, and then see if you can find that recording in the library.

I'm not technically savvy and need to contact live phone support as my Cameras record for a few hours and then stop recording. I bought my Arlo Pro 2 package from Costco in 2019 which included free live phone support. Live phone support was extremely helpful in helping me set up the Arlo Pro 2 system and have always troubleshooted my problems until recently.

I currently cannot reach live phone support. As per Costco the Arlo Pro 2 system came with free live phone support. A few days ago I bought a new Iphone. All the problems started with the purchase of the new Iphone

Please help me with the information I need to contact live phone support

If you can still log into the app, the simplest way to gain access to support is to purchase a secure subscription.  You can then cancel it after your issues are resolved.
