NETGEAR Arlo VMC3030-100EUS / Connection to 2nd IPhone

Hello Community,

I started the Arlo system with 3 cameras. All were well connected with the the IPhones of my wife and me. Now we bought another camera. I did the installation process exactly as described in the manual. But this new camera is just connected with one IPhone. Until now I could not manage it to connect 2nd IPhone. Does anybody know a solution? Best regards Chris

Da das die deutschsprachige Community ist, poste bitte in dieser Sprache :).

Soweit ich Dich verstanden habe, wird die neugekaufte Kamera auf einem iPhone nicht angezeigt. Die Sache ist, dass alle Kameras werden mit einem Account (nicht mit einem Gerät wie Smartphone oder PC) verbunden. Melde Dich bitte auf beiden iPhones mit Deinen Anmeldedaten (als Administrator) und prüfe, ob alle Kameras angezeigt sind.

Loggst Du Dich auf einem iPhone als Freund ein, dann müsste der Zugriff für die Kamera gewährt werden.
