My wife's iPhone 6 with admin rights is displayed as "not available" in Geofencing

Hello, everybody,

I've been having massive problems with geofencing for a few weeks now. I use Arlo together with my wife. Meanwhile I have deleted the iOS app on both devices and reset the base station - without success. My wife's device (iPhone 6 with administration rights) is displayed as "not available" in Geofencing. If I log on to her device with my main account, geofencing also works. I have no idea what else I can do and since one of the last updates the system is unusable for me! Previously I had been able to use Arlo for more than 1 year without any problems. I hope someone here has a tip for me...

Hey paaploo,

 

Try to remove your wife's grant access and re-add her again with admin rights and see if that helps. Otherwise, try reading this article to see if this can help you out: Why isn't the Geofencing mode working?

Have you checked your wife's phone to make sure Location Services are enabled for Arlo - set to always? This might explain why it isn't working?

My wife's phone is properly configured. When I log in with my account, everything works fine. I am beginning to suspect that my wife's Arlo account is buggy.
