VMB3010r2 firmware just updated to 1.20..3.0_1449_8008561 fails to turn off my cameras. This is a replacement for my other base unit that failed to connect to the internet, again just happened today. I have gone and turned off my cameras to the system until I can find a solution. I have cycled the unit, refreshed and readded my cameras etcetera. Yesterday it worked fine with the other unit. Today, this.

It's brute force but I would remove all devices from your account, hold the base reset button until the LEDs flash amber and start fresh.

Have you checked your active mode? Are you using the schedule?

I do not know about either of those, active mode nor schedule. I cannot access mode at all. It just freezes up when I try. It tells me to please wait and then nothing happens.

Try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. If still no good, try a computer browser to https://my.arlo.com to see if that works.

I did both rebooted my phone, reinstalled the app but "mode" still does not show up. It just freezes when I try to go to mode online (browser)

This worked for me. I did notice there was an update on the app closely following this mess. I don't know if it had anything to do with my problem though.
