My camera will not sync with the base station; how can I troubleshoot it?

Just bought the Arlo Pro system today.  The base is synced and the two green lights are lit.  Non of the cameras will sync.  Any thoughts?

Reset the base by removing it from Settings, My Devices. Start fresh using Add Device on the Devices tab and sync the cameras. Be sure to only press the base sync button briefly - don't hold it.
