My base will not communicate with the app or computer when i register it

My base will not communicate with the app or computer when i register it. It also does not seem to sync with the cameras. The cameralight on the base is constant orange. When i will sync the kamera, it blinks green som times but goes over to orange again.

try and remove the battery to reset the camera...then replace.

Power button ( off-on ) the base to reboot, let it come back online...

qiuck push on the base sync button and then a sec later the camera.

 

If cam fails to sync ( orange blink ), then pull battery , wait about 2 mins and try again

In addition, if you can't communicate with the base using either the app or web site, you likely won't do anything useful by syncing the cameras. What are all the base LEDs showing?
