The wire at the back/bottom of one of our cameras has snapped in half. Does anyone have any experience as to whether I should try a return/repair or just buy another camera and remove this one.

If under warranty, open a case with support:
https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
Otherwise, a new camera will be needed unless you can charge the battery externally (another camera or the charging station).

It was under a warranty(not Arlo warranty) and ordered a new one. It was the only camera that we have to switch battery out of instead of just plugging in to charger so I imagine the wire was rigid in cold weather and it took a toll on it when changing battery. I guess we will have to warm up camera before opening it next winter.
