Just installed Arlo Pro and cannot find where to set up push notifications for iPhone

I have just installed (?) theArlo Pro and cannot find where to set up toreceive notifications on my phone. Also, how do I know if it is set up correctly?  Model number is VMB4000r3 firmware is 1.12.0.1_2794.  I have an Iphone8
