My microphone is not working but the speakers are what can be done

see if its the system or phone

I am using a Samsung S9+ to talk on the microphone. If I were to use a computer then I would need an external microphone which I don't have and shouldn't be necessary.

Check the phone settings for the Arlo app to make sure the mic permission is set.
