My Camera sent the message contact arlo support

HI I'm looking a service center in Mexico or some blog that helps me to know whats happened with my cameras.

This week sent me an error that says in the image screen, contact to Arlo support. so, when I access the link only open de support page, I was searching for information about the message, but the support page does not have any information. 

In the page or community does not exist information about service centers, the chat only displays a black screen without interaction option. 

Does someone have a similar problem?
