My camera’s time is off and the settings are right for central time.. How to I fix it

Rebooting the base usually fixes it.

How do you reboot? Will I have to reconnect my cameras again after?

Turn off via the power button, turn on....

your cameras should auto reconnect after about 2 mins ( reboot time )
