My Base Station Says Offline Stopped Working A Few Days ago

Stopped working a few days ago, tried resetting but no luck. I have green lights on base station. Internet is working for my laptop. Not sure what else to do. I’ve only been using it for a month.

Try logging out and back in as well as using both the app and a browser.

Never accessed via online but when I just went to view cameras from online it says it cannot open the page because the address is invalid. Is that what you meant or do something else?

WHat URL did you use? Should be https://arlo.netgear.com
