I found out randomly that my Arlo pro cameras are EOL but when I tried to contact Arlo - I am no longer entitled to speak to an agent. Anyone know of a way to use cameras locally still? Anyone know of a way to reach Arlo to inquire as to other cameras expected lifespans? I don’t really want to pay 500 dollars just to find out a device is made EOL and stop functioning.

Have you read the EOL policy article at top of the forum?

Arlo have since ceded to customers concerns.

You should have received an email. In addition to the policy @DannyBearAgain linked in, you might want to read this:
In the specific case of the Pro model, it
- goes EoL on July 1, 2023
- will get security updates until July 1, 2024
- will continue to get 7-day cloud storage indefinitely

I have the WMB 4030... at the EOL and the updates stop on July 2024 how will I continue to use my 10 cameras? Will I be able to purchase a new base station or will the base stations be obsolete? What is Arlo's back-up plan. How do I continue using my cameras?

Yes, the system will continue to work mostly as before. Certain things will change but the system won't stop.
You likely can't buy new cameras or bases like you have now anyways. There are new SmartHubs that also work with your cameras so if needed one of those can be used.

Will the new smarthubs also have an EOL? If not which smarthubs will work for my cameras?

Any device will eventually be declared EOL but right now your existing base is NOT so declared, just the cameras. Read the the links above for details. You should also have received emails with the same info.
The SMartHubs are far from being EOLed and both will work with your existing cameras as well as new ones.
