My Arlo VMB3500 base station is not detected and cannot connect my cameras

 My Arlo VMB3500 base station is not detecting when going through "New System Setup", So I could not connect my Camera. I have a four camera's. Please advise. Thanks.

Have you tried the reset procedure detailed in the FAQ in the support section here? Hold the button for >10 seconds, until the LEDs flash amber and try again.  If no good, what are the LEDs showing?
