My Arlo Pro playback does not seem to work from my phone

I am having problem viewing videos from my phone, The seem to be frozen. No problems from my personal computer though. Just playback on my phone.

My Phone is an I-Phone 7 or I belive an OS system.

Uninstall the app on the iphone and then re-install

I just uninstalled he app and the playback on video is still stuck. It seems to work fine from my desk top but not from phone.

Sometimes display issues are resolved by restarting the phone.
