I bought this on overstock.com and the camera won't sync. After being on the phone with Arlo support, they decided the camera was defective. Luckily I am a Able to return it for a new one. Has anyone else been through this? I am concerned I will have the same issue with the replacement and will be wasting more time. Is this a known Arlo issue?

Some users have had issues with interference preventing the camera from syncing with the base station. Are there any other WiFi sources near your base station that could be causing interference?
What LED behavior are you seeing on the base station and camera when attempting to sync.
