My 1 camera is no longer picking up movement. It shows live video but won't capture movement.

My 1 camera is no longer picking up movement. If I remote into it, its showing live video but it wont capture any movement.

Have you tried using the motion detection test to see if your motion detection is working on your camera? You can read here to learn how to use the test: How do I use the motion detection test for my Arlo device?

 

You can also try adjusting the motion sensitivity on your camera to see if that also helps. You can read here to learn how to adjust the motion sensitivity: How do I change the motion sensitivity on my Arlo camera?

i am having the same issue.

the motion detection test does not work either.

 

but i can do live view

Start by rebooting the base and remove/resync the camera.
