How can I make an custom mode where all the outside cameras will trigger recording, but the inside ones will be off?

It seems that in my Arlo app (iOS) I can only set a Custom mode off of a trigger of one camera. For instance the front door camera will sense motion and trigger all the outside other cameras, but if at first there’s motion at the back door, nothing happens.

How can I set a mode that turns off the trigger for my inside cameras, but keeps the alert triggers for my multiple outside cameras.

This seems like it is a basic question and I’m missing an obvious solution.

Many thanks.

Start creating custom mode. What you want to do is include all cameras you want left on, leave off the cameras you want disarmed during the period you want active.

Add a mode.

Name it (next)

Select the device (next)

Select how you want to activate (next)

Select sensitivity (next)

Do not select an action device just continue through this screen (next)

What you want to do when motion is detected (next)

Notificaton type(s) (Next)

Save summary

You are back at the mode edit screen. Choose to edit the mode you have created.

Add rule

Select device

Pick your camera you want on and Save

Select what you want the camera to do Save

You are back at the custom mode screen

Go through the process again for each additional camera you want on for this mode. When you have all the cameras you want on during this period and are back at the mode edit screen and you see all the cameras you have chosen then Save

You have a mode where certain cameras are on and certain cameras are not because they are not included. You can now put that custom mode in your schedule if you so choose.
