Motion or audio not detected

Today I’ve noticed that all my cameras are coming up on my app with either the motion or audio highlighted in yellow. While these are highlighted yellow, the cameras are not detecting motion or audio and thus the cameras don’t record motion or audio. All cameras have both audio and motion turned on in settings and at least 80-100% sensitivity set. How do I correct this?

I would start with just power cycling your base (switch off, wait a few seconds and then switch back on again).
