Extremely disappointed and frustrated that the cameras have stopped sensing motion. One camera hasn’t worked since the first month we purchased it and another camera has now stopped sensing motion. Yes, I’ve resynced etc etc but nothing fixes the problem.. It was a big expense for something that doesn’t do what it’s supposed to.,
From reading the community posts many people have experienced the same issue.
I did talk to s retailer who was unable to assist other tvs. To say to resync the camera..

We don't have all the details to provide a definitive answer but I would reset the system and start fresh. Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices. Claim the base again normally and then sync the cameras. Update firmware as you go if propted. That should clear out any weirdnesses and get you back to a known starting point.
