Motion Detection not working

I purchased a unit with 3 cameras from Walmart last fall. After installation I tested all units on live. After a few weeks I noticed one unit not showing activity. I assumed it was because of location, side of house and no side motions. I recently changed batteries and reinstalled in a different location mix. Turns out that the camera doesn't respond to motion regardless of location. Is this a bad camera or have I missed something? Thanks, Don

Have you checked your modes and rules? Use a browser for this since the apps have problems inside the Mode tab with correct display and setting.
