Motion Detected but won't connect

Hello! We have a camera in our daughter's room, and every night without fail, when we really want to view it, it just says "connecting" over and over and over. It will detect motion and send me notifications, but it won't let me view live and it is not recording.  After about an hour, (once she's asleep and all), I am able to view just fine without issues. It is connected, shows full signal, etc. But it is super frustrating to not be able to see when I really want/need to. What can I do?

What version of the Arlo app are you using?

I just got mine and I have the same problem. Please help.

Hello! I only check on the app, which is version 2.13 (2334). I just tried to check via the web (from my phone) but when I selected “view cameras” it said it was an invalid address, so I couldn’t even try.
