Microphone not working

How can I get my microphone to work on my Arlo Pro cameras? Every time it takes me to settings there is no option to toggle microphone on or off.

That is not the issue. When u click on the microphone I get message that says arlo needs permission to use microphone and takes me to settings on my IPhone under arlo settings. Now from my understanding there should be a microphone listed that u can toggle on or off but there is not one showing in my iPhone settings. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the arlo app I have reset everything but still no microphone. I recently canceled my subscription due to tough times with all this inflation going on. So now my microphone don’t work when it used when I had my subscription. I didn’t think microphone was part of your subscription services unless u changed that?

If I go to the iPhone settings page and tap on the arlo secure icon it shows the microphone permissions option.

Are you looking in the same location?

This is not in the arlo App settings but the iPhone settings.

If the microphone is not located in the arlo app for the iPhone settings then check in the iPhone settings for privacy under microphone. If arlo requested permission it should show up in there.
