Microphone not working on 4 camera Arlo Pro

I bought this 4 camera model and every feature worked perfectly the first day. Second day, the microphone feature does not work. I press to use the microphone and it doesnt work. I've tried multiple things and nothing.... i have an iphone 6Plus. Does anyone else have the same problem with the iphone 6 plus?

have you tried it on a computer at   https://arlo.netgear.com/  to verify the system is working

Hey TomMac, i have not, apparently the two way conversation feature only works if i have wifi connected on my cell phone. I really hope ARLO does a change so i can use the microphone using cell data, not only wifi.

Seems bogus that this issues hasn't been corrected.  I have T-Mobile and when I connect to my Arlo Pro using my iPhone 7 Plus, the mic keeps displaying in the app that it's connecting.  Nothing.  After reading that this issues has been going on for such a long time, it makes me wonder why I didn't invest in the Ring system instead.  I can no longer recommend Arlo because so far I have already had an issue with one of my cameras.  The camera has only been in use for 2 months.  Now this camera has only been active for 1 month and the mic feature is useless.  I wanted to be able to communicate with anyone showing up at my door (delivery man, Jehovah's Witness, etc) while away from home but so far nada.  I have tried to get this issue resolved but the chat feature is having network issues.  I've tried the email approach and that is inconsistent.  I think Netgear needs to make a better effort before people start flocking to Ring systems.

Just for kicks, check your iPhone settings for the Arlo app.
There is a on/off toggle to use cellular. Make sure its on.

Yes it's on. Evidently it's a T-Mobile iPhone issue

Hang in there. If your not happy, return the product. Unfortunately, there are so many variables to these internet connected that are out of our control.

For all of us Tmobile users on Updated iOS iPhone.. Yes, I can confirm using Microphone on cellular doesn't work.. It gets stuck on "Connecting" only. Wifi is fine. I'm using iOS ver. 10.3.3, Arlo App ver. 2.4.3 and Tmobile carrier firmware ver. 28.4. This was working before the recent updates (iOS/App). Hopefully there's a fix soon.

I was glad to see this topic. I have a 6plus on Tmobile. Running iOS 11.1. Tmobile just updated the network settings. Mic will not connect when using cellular.

Yup, it still doesn't work. Wifi is the only option for now..

My microphones don't work: get stuck on "Connecting" when using cellular data.   (only work on WiFi)

Iphone 6s, IOS 11.1.1

Tmobile 30.2

Arlo version 2.4.4   Firmware: 1.092.05_13833
