Microphone Gone

I have four Arlo Pro cameras and I no longer see the microphone for two way communication. I used to see it and my wife still has it on her app. Anyone know what the problem could be?

Uninstall the app and reinstall 

The issue comes from the last update

First, try signing out and signing back in to the mobile app (Settings > Profile > Log out). If you're still experiencing an issue, try reinstalling the app as suggested above.
