Hello
Maximum number of cameras has been reached
Anyone had this message ?
I only have on camera (Arlo pro)
Called Netgear , told me to contact the seller to activate my base station? Something related to the IP address
Camera is already sync but won't get any video

Did you use the Contact SUpport link at the bottom here to call support? There are fake "support" sites that are truly bogus.
Is the system new? Try removing all devices in Settings, My Devices. Press the reset button on th ebase until the LEDs flash amber. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the camera. Be sure to only briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it.

It's a new system, and did all the below
Still the same message./ Error
Looks like the camera needs to be activated or something, not sure of this is possible.....
Any comments about calling the seller to activate the base station? This what Netgear said to do to solve the problem

A new system doesn't need activation other than by you. A used system may not allow you to claim the base if the previous owner hadn't removed it from his account. You'd get an error of "base station can't be found", I believe.
Have you actually succeeded in adding the base to your account? How did you contact Netgear support?
