Low frame rate/delayed video using Arlo Pro 5-Camera system

Using Arlo Pro 5-camera system in a small business to monitor reception area (using live video) set up a dedicated monitoring PC using Win10, (Z83-F Fanless Mini PC, 4GB+32GB/ 4K/ HDMI Output/Intel Cherry Trail Z8350 Quad Core/HD Graphics/ 2.4G+5.8G WiFi/Gigabit Ethernet/BT 4.0) Chrome browser, 21" Acer HDMI monitor. Arlo base 15 ft from camera. Monitoring PC is on Google mesh WiFi, getting 100+Mbps up/36Mbps down Issue: frame rate is ~1fps, and image is ~8 sec delayed. Logging into Arlo from nearby Intel i5 PC on Win10 is smooth. Logging in from iPhone (either in LTE or WiFi) is fine

Does anyone have suggestions for configuring PC or browser to speed up frame rate?

My guess is the video on the mini-PC. Make sure you have the latest video drivers but that may not be enough.
