Lots of lag time where motion won't trigger on Arlo camera

I have a lot of lag time. The odd thing is 2 of my cameras will respon on live feed but nothing has triggered them in 2 days. I have walked in front of them and nothing. Any suggestions? The live feed picture is beautiful. I just do not understand.

Are the motion indicators for the cameras in the Devices tab black or gray? Have you checked to see what the active mode is and whether the cameras have rules in them? Have you tried rebooting the base?
