Lost my smart notifications for camera

Iv recently had to re sync my camera due to issues iv been having with arlo smart plan, but since having done that iv now lost my smart plan subscription on that particular camera. Im not getting the smart notification on the app (its disappeared) and its not recognising my camera as being on a subscription plan.

Is your camera listed in the Settings > Smart Notifications > Active Cameras List?

Hi ShayneS,
When i log in using my phone (samsung galaxy 9 plus) i dont have the smart notification option in the settings. However if i log in on the apple ipad i have the smart notification option but if i drag my camera to the active column it states camera not enrolled in plan!

What versions of the Arlo app are you using on the devices?

 

What is the OS version the phone/ipad is using?

On my samsung phone which is running android 9 its version 2.9.2

On the ipad which is ios 12.0.1 its version 2.9.1

Yes iv contacted customer support and am awaiting for them to get back to me with a fix/solution. Its a shame they couldnt fix the issues whiles i was on the phone to them.
