I have several Arlo Pro 2 wireless cameras connected to an Arlo Pro 2 Base station. For some reason, all of a sudden, I don't receive any notifications. I changed motion detection sensitivity, restarted the system, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, etc and my firmware is all up to date. Nothing seems to work. Any ideas for ways to troubleshoot?

Are you still getting recordings (just not the notifications)?

Hey Steve, thanks for the reply. No notifications or recordings. But when I click on the cameras, I can connect to live video feed. They were working fine the last few weeks. Then we got an Amazon Key delivery and notifications and recordings stopped all of a sudden. Perhaps a coincidence but it happened around the same time.

Can you make a manual recording or snapshot when livestreaming? If so, can you also access it afterwards?

Hi Stephen, yes I am able to initiate a manual recording and access it afterwards for viewing on several cameras. I didn't try all of them but I was able to do it on two out of the 5 cameras with no issues.

Good.
Try removing and re-inserting the batteries of one or two cameras, and see if that helps.
If you haven't checked the mode that the base is using, then also do that.
You could also try running the motion detection test. https://kb.arlo.com/41/How-do-I-change-the-motion-sensitivity-on-my-Arlo-camera
